Who we are looking for

We are looking for you - a motivated and kind colleague to support our project management team. You will be responsible for managing exciting creative and digital projects, keeping the needs of the client and your team in mind at all times. In coordination with the client and your team, you will create the necessary briefings as well as the time and budget planning, for which you will be responsible. Of course, you will be trained and supported by your colleagues during the first few months.

During your work, you will work closely with your team (from creation, content and/or technology) at all times and will manage all internal and external participants according to your planning and the requirements. As an important interface between the team and the customer, you will focus on long-term cooperation and the expansion of customer relationships.

What you should bring

For your position as a project manager with us, you should already have professional experience. However, what is important to us above all is a flair for people, a passion for the flow of projects. You are friendly, open-minded, outgoing and have strong communication skills. An affinity for brands, design and technology is essential to our daily work together. You are curious and willing to give new inspiration to the team with your knowledge and expertise. It is easy for you to fit into our structure with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes. In any case, you should have a good command of written and spoken German and English. You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business, marketing or communication.
