Who we are looking for

We are looking for you - a motivated and friendly colleague to support our project management team. You will be responsible for managing exciting creative and digital projects, keeping the needs of the client and your team in mind at all times. In coordination with the client and your team, you will prepare the necessary briefings as well as the time and budget planning, for which you will be responsible. Of course, you will be trained and supported by your colleagues during the first months.

During your work, you will be closely interlinked with your team colleagues (from creation, content and/or technology) at all times and will control all internal and external participants according to your planning and the set requirements. As an important interface between the team and the client, you will focus on long-term cooperation and the development of client relationships.

What you should bring with you

For your position as a Junior Project Manager with us, you should already have some professional experience. However, what is most important to us is a feeling for people, the flow of processes and projects. You are friendly, open-minded, outgoing and have good communication skills. An affinity for brands, design and technology is essential for our daily work together. You are curious and willing to give the team new impulses with your knowledge and expertise. It is easy for you to fit into our structure with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes. You should have a good command of written and spoken German and English. You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business or communication. Or are you a career changer and sure that you have the necessary motivation and willingness to learn to develop yourself accordingly? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
