Apprenticeship as IT specialist (m / f / d) - 2022 - Software engineering

Why just watch when you can be actively involved? Let new projects come into being together with us! You are flexible and a varied workday is just your thing? Do you like to stimulate, drive forward, are you a thinker and doer? Then we speak the same language and you will fit perfectly into our team. Because we are looking for a motivated junior developer to start training in 2021.

We are Orange Hive, an owner-managed communications agency founded in 2011 in beautiful Frankfurt am Main. Our team consists of 30 Hivers who creatively implement our clients' communication tasks in the areas of project management, development, design, concept and content.

And we'd love for you to be a part of it.

Your tasks:

You will actively apply and deepen what you have learned in vocational school. You will learn programming in the area of web development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL, work independently on projects, implement them and support our team in various tasks.

During your training, you will develop web applications, websites, portals and Internet applications, maintain content and test them. When testing new applications, as well as designing and developing your own solutions, we rely on your perceptive faculty, your logical thinking and your wealth of ideas. An experienced team of 10 developers will be at your side at all times to support you and help you with any questions you may have. From complex project processes and conception to customer contact, acquisition and much more, we will integrate you into all company-specific processes and in this way you will find your very own way into everyday working life.

If you are as enthusiastic about taking part in the varied agency life as we are about Hiver, there is a chance that you will remain part of our team after your training.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or vocational baccalaureate
  • Interest in programming (first experiences are great but not a must)
  • Independence and initiative
  • eye for good design
  • structured and flexible way of working
  • ability to work in a team
  • very good German and basic English skills
  • and of course enjoyment of logical thinking, a good grasp of concepts, inventiveness and creativity

What we offer:

  • a safe and modern workplace
  • a highly motivated, innovative team
  • flexible working hours
  • fresh fruit, very good coffee and tasty drinks
  • opportunities for further education
  • regular team events

A pleasant working atmosphere, fair dealings with each other and a strong "WE" feeling also characterize Orange Hive. We have varied and responsible tasks and projects that call for your cooperation. Our flat hierarchies and independent teamwork give you plenty of room to develop. Attractive, performance-based remuneration is just as much a matter of course with us as the opportunity to develop yourself individually.
